Marshmallows.

I keep seeing homemade marshmallows on the blogs I read and they look so good I wanted to try them. I used Martha Stewart's recipe and it was very easy. They are very yummy and are much better than store-bought marshmallows.

N has already gobbled down a few of them and has plans for hot chocolate. Sounds good to me! In fact, I'm considering bringing some into work tomorrow for our holiday party.

I've been wanting to make these, too! I was a little nervous to try since candymaking usually equals disaster for me - I can't even make fudge :(. You've inspired me to give it a try!

Some of the marshmallow recipes require a candy thermometer, but Martha's recipe was pretty easy. The hardest part was dealing with the stickiness. Mark and N both really liked them. I want to know if you try making them!

I used this recipe last year and it was a hit. I need to get another batch made up before Xmas eve. Yum!
