I needed something simple that would go with everything. The clear crystal quartz is stunning. It's micro-faceted, giving the stones a lot of depth and dimension, not to mention sparkle. I'm thinking of redoing it with a different clasp.

This weekend my friend Andrea and her husband and daughter are in town from Minnesota. We're looking forward to seeing them on Saturday. On Sunday we have plans to go to the zoo with several friends and their children.

What are your weekend plans?

Very pretty!

Josh and I are going to see "Transformers" some time this weekend.

And I will be busy working on a custom order of two sewing books for a very special customer : )

Have a great weekend!

I love the bracelet, it has the understated elegance of vintage crystal jewelry.

I have my usual D&D game today, then tomorrow I'm hoping to go out and buy something to wear to my stepSIL's wedding. The wedding's in two weeks, so I need to hurry if I'm going to be able to bead something special to go with my dress!

Your bracelet is very lovely. I'm from Minnesota originally but I live in Florida now.

I love this. I'm very conservative when it comes to jewelry so this is right up my alley. Lovely.

Hope you had a fun visit. I got to see some friends too.

This will definitely go with a lot...and mix in good with regular metal jewelry as well.

I like the Bali spacers with gives it a slight funky edge so that it's not too elegant.

As for the lilikoi fruit..yes you eat the whole insides seeds and all..but not the outside. The inside is mostly seeds so it's hard not to eat them. They all have a jelly like casing over them..the whole thing is kinda watery/slimey..thats why it grosses some people out lol!
