This is only the first round of shoveling.
There will be more shoveling tonight as the snow continues to accumulate. At one point I heard we are to receive two inches an hour. And thundersnow is a good possibility.
N. is happy to have one more good snowstorm. It would be more helpful if he was shoveling the driveway instead of the front lawn. At least we can find him by looking for the orange construction cone he brings with him everywhere he shovels.
After all their hard work, they'll come inside and have a nice hot dinner waiting for them. This is Chicken with Artichokes & Olives.
The plow just went by and dumped a whole load of snow at the end of the driveway (reminds me of this diary of a snow shoveler).
I think I can take my time getting dinner on the table.

I couldn't handle another snow storm. Thank goodness we moved away from 9 months of winter and 3 months of rough sledding!
Man, that's a bummer! We got some snow but not that much. Nice of N. to help with the shoveling. That orange cone is hilarious :)
Hehe..N. is so cute with his orange cone. Man I keep hearing so many people say they got snow on the first day of spring :( It's really been a long winter for some of you. And here I"m complaining that I can't stay out in the backyard long to soak up some sun rays because the wind was too cold for me.
That chicken artichoke soup sounds so yummy! I love artichokes..but have never seen them used in that way. How was it? I'm tempted to try that recipe only my husband insist he hates curry..I hate going through the hassle of cooking (not my forte) when I know hubby is not going to like it anyways.
Ugh, snow snow and more snow. At least the kids like it, right? LOL
Arggh. Snow.
The chicken artichoke recipe looks yummy, yummy, yummy!
